"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was a newly refurbished one on the 5th floor. Very clean and fresh looking, if a little sparse. No tea and coffee making facilities. Good shower although water pressure not great. Easy parking in on-site car park £10 for 24 hours. Good location. Didn't have breakfast. Would stay here again"

"My daughter's kindle gpt taken with bed linen and was never given back. Staff said they would try to find it but didn't bother contacting me back. There was police arresting someone outside the hotel with suspected weapon that had entered the hotel. Would never go back."

She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it returned, answering my (several worried) calls and generally being fantastically helpful and kind over several days.
