"Booked a king room and was “upgraded to a double queen.” The upgrade was the fact that it had a view. I wanted a king bed not a queen. The night auditor didn’t explain this to me until after I was checked in and went to my room. He then explained to me that they had no other kings available. If that was the case why was it available for me to book? Next, the A/C was very inefficient. It blows poorly and did not get cold at all. I also expressed this issue to the night auditor and he had an attitude about me telling him. He proceeded to let me know that there were no other rooms available and wanted to send maintenance to my room at 1 in the morning. I was tired and checked in at 12am. It was already late. I will be disputing as this was not a great stay."
