"Comfortable, clean rooms "

"I appreciate the help with an early check in. Signed up for hotel membership quickly and effortlessly. Great room, quiet, comfortable, clean. Tasty breakfast and coffee. The counter for the coffee machines and basket for stirrers needed cleaning more often. The button for level one in the elevator was not working. Had to go up and down a couple of times to reach the lobby. All in all, the room was great and I would book again with Holiday Inn Walnut Creek. "

"Room was very clean and was easy to find amenities. Bed and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep. Love that they have DOVE body products in room for easy hygiene use. Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and inviting. "

"This is one of THE best, most customer focused staff, we’ve ever experienced. The rooms are great, we can accommodate us and our puppies. There are an amazing number of walking tracks around the hotel to walk our dogs. There are restaurants, grocery, etc close to the hotel. The breakfast is basic but plentiful! We love this hotel and have continued to book all our Bay Area stays here! "

"Outside property has an issue with animal matter. Smells like cat urine and feces at back of property near elevator. Inside the unit is very clean, but seems as though they don’t do the best sweeping/vacuuming job. There was tons of shedded hairs throughout the bedroom and bathroom areas. TV options very limited opposed to other properties I’ve been to. And it would glitch and turn to this Assyriavision channel randomly while you were watching. Wasn’t quite sure about that. Aside from that, it was a decent stay."
