"　築100年の商家を使ったゲストハウスで、重伝建に指定された岩村町本通りのほぼ中央にある。客室は8畳の個室と2段ベッドのある男女別のドミトリー。共用施設として洗面所、設備の整ったダイニングキッチン、談話室、母屋と別に2つのシャワー室のある浴場がある。古民家の姿を残しながら清潔で使いやすく再生されていて、外国人にも人気のようで、宿泊した日にもドイツ人のカップルが宿泊していた。ここを管理されている女性がとても親切な方で、居心地が一層良かった。 　立地している岩村町本通りは重伝建に指定され古い街並みを見ながらの散策が楽しい。食事処、居酒屋、コンビニも徒歩圏内で食事場所の心配はない。日本三大山城に数えられる岩村城は徒歩で片道40分程度。重伝建の街歩きとセットで訪れる事をお勧めする。"

"土地勘のない場所で宿泊しました もともとコンテナハウスの購入に 興味があって、お試ししてみました ◎部屋の真ん前に駐車が出来る ◎部屋は十分広く、とても清潔 ◎シャワーのお湯は熱く、水流も十分 ◎静かでしたが、これは部屋のおかげでは 　なくて周囲環境のせい（田舎） ただし、ホテルに比べると至らない点はあります △『朝食』は選べる冷凍食品 △バスタオルの追加は断られました △部屋の備品は最低限（いつもは使いませんが 　この日は携帯充電器用のACアダプタ忘れて 　ケーブルだけ持ってました） なにかの活動の拠点にするだけで、眠れて シャワーが浴びれたらいい、という場合に すごくお勧めです。エレベータで部屋に行く 面倒もありませんし。（ロードバイクの ロングライド、ゴルフ前泊、後泊とか） 清潔感もすごいし、シンプルで良いし また利用したいなと思います "

"The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well. The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition.
