"Good hotel. Great staff. Not sure about the glass door into the bathroom. We had six rooms booked and nobody liked the lack of privacy in the rooms."

"Staff were really helpful but the hotel is a bit tired. In the first room I was allocated the shower didn't work properly so I was moved to another room. This was better but one of the sink taps was loose. General maintenance could be better. Breakfast was good but they ran out of eggs on the second morning so choice was limited. Plenty of parking and a lift for the upper floors. This hotel could be really nice with some investment put in!"

"Parking was easy and free during our stay. Too few staff with too much to do. We were not offered desert after our main meal and gave up waiting for anyone to check if we would like a desert! Overall the property needs a refresh as if is tired."
