"When I arrived at the hotel the First Lady was very nice. Went into my room tv not working. Called and inform within 10 mins of checking in. During a 3 hour waiting period we called an additional 2x for the tv to be fixed. Asked for face towels (hand wash cloths) whichever term you prefer. They brought 2 face towels for 3 people in one room. They were not as responsive as they should have been. Went down the next night for utensils. The guy had me standing there while he text only to have me wait for a fork and knife than smugly inform no spoons. The hotel was really quiet and conveniently located that’s the only perk I liked about this place. The room is really small and the bathroom is super small!"

"Stayed here for a weekend, have never stayed at a Hard rock hotel. The location is in a very busy area where you can walk around several places in the downtowns Gaslamp area Front desk was busy but once helped they answered any questions I had. "

"This is an older property that was tastefully renovated a number of years ago. Rooms are well maintained, upscale and very clean - and very comfortable. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We are impressed and will utilize for visiting guests and for business travel."
