"Very nice staff. However, there was black mold in the bathroom, the entire place is closed from 10am-3pm, it's hard to find the staff even during "open" hours, and it's far from the train station. It is very close to all of the 7 Hells and some of the best onsen in Japan."

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful. There is a onsen that is great just across the road and they give you a discount ticket for it. The rooms were very stylishly decorated and comfortable and large. They have a continental type breakfast sandwich, but we’re not really into breakfast much so we only ate it once. "The view from the room was very nice, the room itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, though it would have been nice if it were a little more well lit, but overall very satisfactory. The meals provided were delicious, I was happy to be able to sample many different dishes and the service was amazing but the portion was a little too much for me, maybe half of what was provided would’ve been just perfect but nonetheless it was an amazing experience.
