"It was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, and the rooms were perfect. We could walk right to the beach from our room, and the restaurants were great overall. I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful getaway right on the beach, without the huge crowds in the hotel zone of Cancun. "

"I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing holiday and I will definitely be returning to the fives. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, the restaurants were great, and everything was kept spotless. The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. "Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot. That said everything else was great! The area is fun and walkable, room was clean and well kept, and service was excellent and issues were dealt with quickly and easily. "
