This was a beautiful hotel and the best one of our whole trip. The rooms were spacious and gorgeous. The pool and bar were lovely. The food and drinks were amazing. The location was ideal, especially for someone who gets lost all the time. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I could've stayed there for a lot longer.

Great location on Kokusaidori, close to the monorail and several bus stops. Because it is in a central hub it can be a little loud at times (sound from the pedestrian crossing, sirens, etc) with sounds from the pool bar being added to that. Decent breakfast with a Japanese focused selection witch is great if you want to try new things. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well.

If I visited Okinawa again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The shower/bath was so spacious. It was Japanese-style with the shower next to a bathtub. Breakfast was delicious and the items changed daily. The pool area was fun with live music on some nights. The location was amazing, 5 minute walk away from the monorail station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Add on the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Okinawan cuisine as well as other foods that would be familiar to a western palate. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis to various places, and answered questions that we had. They had staff that spoke English. It was very clean. They also had coin operated laundry facilities. It made our 2 week stay very enjoyable and convenient.

I loved this hotel. It was a pleasant one week stay for my husband and I. Starting with the reception staff, they were professional, helpful and cheerful. Then came the room. We stayed in room 720 with a beautiful view.Watching the lively Kokusai dori from our windows was a delight. So colourful at night and always busy.The room was spacious and well appointed with three windows that we could open. The beds that were of Swedish style, were really comfortable. I slept so well. Then the onsen.It was modern, very clean. Working well. I enjoyed it mornings and evenings.The breakfast was another success. Very delicious food and a good variety. The staff was simply nice and helpful. There were good vibes there. Location wise it is close to the Monorail and a bus stop. I would gladly stay there again. The other thing that I liked was the water dispensers on every floor and art displays.

Can’t get any better location than this spot the hotel room keys were so cool. I regret not taking a photo of them. The front desk. Staff spoke English and they were very kind and helpful. The artwork and the courtyard area is outstanding. My only issue was the air-conditioning in my room. I couldn’t figure out how to regulate the temperature so either I was way too hot or way too cold after speaking with the staff, they told me there was a remote control hidden away in a drawer, which I did not find it should be left out! Would stay here again would hope for a bigger room though. Pretty tiny and stuffy rooms.

Nice sized room and super clean. Shower and bath were in their own little room. Didn’t get to use the pool as it rained everyday I was there but no fault of the hotel. Easy 5min walk to monorail which takes you to the airport.
