If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well.

The size of the room was not that large considering its location at the center of "Kokusai-Dori", the room was clean and also had bath tub. Close to the monorail station within 5-minute walk. Very convenient location, so that you can find almost anything in a walking distance.

Add on the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Okinawan cuisine as well as other foods that would be familiar to a western palate. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis to various places, and answered questions that we had. They had staff that spoke English. It was very clean. They also had coin operated laundry facilities. It made our 2 week stay very enjoyable and convenient.

We loved this hotel. We stayed in the Ram wing. Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds. The pool area is unique, just off Kokusai Dori but feels like a mini resort. Spent a very leisurely few hours there. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, we felt at home. The breakfast buffet had a lot of stuff we hadn't tried before, it was very tasty and nutritious. The whole vibe of this hotel was great. We wished we were staying longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Okinawa.

A little bit noise from the pools when you can hear people talking and laughing badly and it's finally go away after 11pm. Room is good and clean. Hotel location is perfect near food, shopping, Makashi station. Parking is limited.

Location is superb, with a rail station only by a 5 minute walk. Kokusai street area is convenient for transportation options and tours, specially if you don’t have the chance to rent a car. Facilities were ok, felt a little old but nothing horrible, they had a sign indicating that renovations were happening during our stay. The hotel has a pool, and you’re able to use it until 10 pm, they provide towels but they give you a gentle notice that big tattoos need to be covered. However, they also provide access to a hot bath (like a sento/onsen), and at least when I asked about my tattoos, they told me it was ok, and I used it without issues. Recommended for short stays with useful access to terminals/stations and with a lot of food places nearby.

I loved this hotel. It was a pleasant one week stay for my husband and I. Starting with the reception staff, they were professional, helpful and cheerful. Then came the room. We stayed in room 720 with a beautiful view.Watching the lively Kokusai dori from our windows was a delight. So colourful at night and always busy.The room was spacious and well appointed with three windows that we could open. The beds that were of Swedish style, were really comfortable. I slept so well. Then the onsen.It was modern, very clean. Working well. I enjoyed it mornings and evenings.The breakfast was another success. Very delicious food and a good variety. The staff was simply nice and helpful. There were good vibes there. Location wise it is close to the Monorail and a bus stop. I would gladly stay there again. The other thing that I liked was the water dispensers on every floor and art displays.

If I visited Okinawa again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The shower/bath was so spacious. It was Japanese-style with the shower next to a bathtub. Breakfast was delicious and the items changed daily. The pool area was fun with live music on some nights. The location was amazing, 5 minute walk away from the monorail station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
