Service is really good..... clean... very convenient. The setback is that there is no carpark n the nearby carparks are very expensive

Located 4 minutes away for Makishi Station and opposite a famous food village, this hotel is located centrally near all the key areas in Naha. Just 6 minutes walk to the fish market.

Great location, clean and simple but unreliable in service. All spoke some degree of English, but when it came to action it was lost! Reserved a parking space for 1,000Yen a day, confirmed twice, when we pulled up with the rental, no space available. Promised to wave some additional fees on the bill, at checkout they were all back on: so get it in writing!

Beware smoking rooms!
I got stuck with a smoking room at check in, when Zi wanted no smoking. There was a cigarette burn on my chair and the room was smelly. A shame because the hotel was well-located. I really liked the neighborhood, just not my room.

アパートタイプて、長期滞在におすすめ。那覇周辺の観光
コロナで、出来るだけ接触を、避けたかつので、アパートタイプを選びました。一通りの家電があり、必要最低限のアメニティも無料で用意してあります。自分の予約時は、値段がお手頃でした。自分は使用していませんが、乾燥機と洗濯機が付いています。長期滞在ちは、かなり、おススメです。那覇周辺の観光地では．立地も良いです、 悪い点としては、ベットルームの明かりが、間接照明で、明かりが足りないと、少し感じました。暗証番号タイプの鍵が自分は少し不安でした。内側のチェーンロックも有ったら、安心でした、

快適です
小型（1K）のマンションに暮らす感じです。 掃除が行き届いてること、室内に洗濯機、ガス乾燥機があること、建物の入口、部屋のドアの解錠が、チェックイン時に知らされるパスワードで行うことができるなど、快適な滞在でした。 ベッドが柔らかすぎる点が好みではなかったですが、これは人それぞれなのかも知れません。

とにかくリーズナブル。 滞在に必要なものは一通りあり簡単な調理も可。 ランドリーも部屋にあり便利に使えた。 アパートタイプにも関わらず隣部屋の騒音は全く気にならなかった。

細かいですが…
浴室内にタオル置き場(網棚？)が欲しい。 トイレ奥(貯水槽奥)や洗濯機周り等、その他細かい清掃を徹底したら、清潔感はもっと上がると思います。

立地がよくて快適滞在。
交通の便が良く、観光や買い物途中でも部屋に戻って休憩ができて便利でした。 とても落ち着く部屋で、かえって出不精になるところでした。 洗濯機、乾燥機が付いているのは、コインランドリーと違い、待ったり、待つ人を気にしたりする必要がなく、予想以上にストレスフリーでした。

コロナで宿泊客が減っているのもあると思うが、前回の宿泊者が泊まった後に清掃に入って、今回私が宿泊するまでそのままであったと思われる。 床など、うっすらと埃がたまっていた。

Hôtel très bien situé. Kitchenette très bien, mais tout doit être loué. C’est un peu frustrant, même si on invoque la raison de l’hygiène.
