I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

Dear BOTING LIWe sincerely apologize for giving you a worse experience.The issue of staff can't speak English fluently, we will strengthen staffs' ability in English. Thank you for your advice.The number of room card that whatever how many customers stay in one room, we always give two pieses of cards. Next time if you need to more card keys or other else, please tell us, we will do our best to prepare them for you.The question of double charge. We will check it with credit card company.
