部屋の外からドアを開けるような高い音が鳴り続いていた
サービスも素晴らしく、建物やお部屋も素敵だったのですが、部屋の近くから、古いドアを開けるような高い音がしてなかなか眠れませんでした。朝も7時位からその音がし始めて、目が覚めてしまいました。お手洗い付近で更にその音は大きく聞こえました。部屋内は引き戸で、ドアは玄関しか無いので、何の音だったのかは分かりません。エレベーターの近くの部屋でした。

Ok Okinawa Stay!
Overall the stay was pretty good! Buffet breakfast was quite yummy, would have appreciated a wider variety of fruits. Free transport to restaurant was very lovely, the wait for buggy service from spa was rather long as seemed to only have one buggy. Check in process was slow and after asking for preference of welcome drinks, none arrived even after a good duration of 20-30minutes. Gym equipment half of which were not even in working condition, which was rather shocking. The swimming costume dryer appliance was extremely dirty and put us off from using it. Nonetheless, the service was good and hotel rooms were decent!

The venue is gorgeous ! Ocean and golf views are both very nice. Lot of nature around and inside the resort. The interior design is refined, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. Staff very careful and efficient, the food is tasty. A wonderful Christmas time in a venue we will definitely visit again during a next trip to Okinawa!

Absolutely beautiful place. Nice bay view over the golf course. Spacious room with outstanding friendly staff. Breakfast was great, had both western and Japanese style breakfast.

We had a wonderful time here for our anniversary. We enjoyed the spa and the on site restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned our anniversary while booking the room, and they went above and beyond making our stay feel special. They decorated our room and had a special dessert made for us. It was a great experience and we will be back for sure. I highly recommend!

The staff and facility were amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my wife’s birthday and our 26th wedding anniversary! I can not thank them enough. The facility is absolutely beautiful. We will be back.

Wow! A vacation within a Vacation!
Wow! Absolutely amazing. Their service was hands down incredible. We were able to use the spa for “free” since it was included in our cost. Breakfast was included as well and I would highly recommend trying to the Japense breakfast - also - it’s a buffet sit down style (currently in March of 2020) so you can order essentially as much as you like (insider note). Speaking of which, if you have gluten allergies - the Ritz is so incredibly accommodating at all of their restaurants including the breakfast. Their chefs are knowledgeable too. Definitely try the Kise restaurant since it may be one of our top food experiences. The spa is amazing along with the massages and facials. Yoga was for free and I’d encourage you to join if that’s your thing. The Helios “Awamori” distillery tour was really cool and you were able to drink as much as you want. It’s a vacation within a vacation when you stay here: the toiletries, rainfall shower, turn down service, coffee machine, tea, complimentary water, etc. side note: the “airport shuttle“ is actually the island’s bus which is very affordable but just get a taxi if you’re coming in late to Naha airport or rent a car. Ritz will pick you up and drop you off at the bus station. No, this hotel is not near the beach, it is a 20-minute walk. If you like to golf this seems like you’re best bet. Again, we had such an incredible once I a lifetime experiences. Yes, the Ritz are worldwide but we believe this is at the highest caliber.

Great stay! Love Okinawa and loved staying at the ritz! Beautiful facilities and super comfortable room. The bar is such an amazing experience - the bartender was amazing and made it such a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon. Only weird thing is that you have to pay to use the steam room facilities with a day pass - seems like it should be included with the high room rate if your a guest... but everything else was great.

A very good hotel and i am sure i will come again. The only problem is the gym is very difficult to find and there is no signage for it. The staff told us it opened 24 hours but it seemed it was not as all door closed after 9pm.

As expected from the Ritz
As usual the customer service was amazing as expected from Japanese. The room is beautiful with a very comfortable bed and nice view, nice touch with the jazz music on the player. One thing that bothered us was probably the toilet the two-way doors which seemed a little bit uncomfortable to be honest. The bathtub was amazing though. Not many beaches around but the closest one is nice just a little bit crowded, luckily the Ritz Carlton has their own corner at the beach.

Great hotel
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Only ate breakfast at the hote which was very good included a selection of both western and Asian food options. Located on a golf course and near a beach. The hote offers free shuttles to restaurants near by.

Concierge was superb. They speak good English and was very precise and efficient in arranging the transportation and tours. The night desk appeared under staffed. On Friday 12Oct they arranged a hotel shuttle to take my group (9 people) to a restaurant about 5 min away from the hotel. They asked us to inform restaurant to call them when we finish dinner in order that they send the hotel shuttle to pick us up again. For about 20 min, the restaurant and I kept calling the hotel but there was no answer! We ended up having to walk back and it took almost 30 min in the dark. Also the lounge at the lobby floor was a very nice outfit except the one gentleman that was working there (again on Friday 12 Oct) was very eager to inform everyone who walked in (from 6:30 pm onwards, and more seriously so after 7 pm) that the bar would close at 8 pm. It might be a language issue but from my perspectives it came across as unwelcoming. Other than that, the hotel is excellent and I had a good time staying there.

Overall a truly wonderful experience. Tranquil aesthetic, luxury and comfort throughout as expected. View was beautiful from 5th floor golf/bay view room. Service was excellent aside from one night at Gusuku, we were a bit disappointed with the 8pc sushi was worth the money super small, but the udon definitely is worth every cent. Nosomi at the spa was AMAZING! The detox ritual was perfect in every way. The staff went above and beyond and if I come back to Oki I will definitely come again. PS - serve the French toast every morning and get rid of those chewy pancakes.

Fabulous stay in Okinawa
We visited Okinawa for two days to escape Tokyo. It was slightly off-season, and we got a great deal at the Ritz-Carlton. It was the beginning of the rainy season, so we knew we may have to spend the entire time in the hotel, which was OK because the hotel had an indoor pool and a variety of restaurants; perfect for a short stay. As it turned out, the weather was excellent, so we enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the views of the ocean from the restaurant. We didn't walk to the beach, but apparently it is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For us, the pool was enough as it had expansive views of Okinawa, and a pool bar with table service. The room was elegant and new, and the staff was super attentive. Since it was the off-season, there was no waiting for any of the facilities, or for check-out or check-in. It was a marvelous, luxurious weekend, and I highly recommend the hotel for this type of holiday.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. We were upgraded on arrival and it seemed every staff member and restaurant knew we were on our honeymoon and treated us like royalty! Impeccable service, comfortable beds, free shuttle to the beach, amazing bathroom products and delicious breakfast. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it!
