"Parking was easy. The Presidential Suite was Amazing, but there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the Lobby and hallway, and the Presidential Suite was right by the entrance of smokers, so not the most favorable. However, the room was phenomenal. "

We specifically wanted to watch the Thunder game on FS1, a channel they offered but wasn't working at the moment. Staff said it was due to wind conditions. OK, well the windy conditions were a day or two prior, it should have been fixed in my opinion. Other than that, the place was great. Good location. "

"The front desk person in the evening was very helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel in the middle of the week. The room was very quiet and water pressure was good. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant in a bright pink building, 4 minutes away from the hotel. The food was extremely delicious and affordable. The bed mattress was okay - a little too soft for our liking"

"Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told our room smelled of marijuana. The room was for 2 queen beds and I was told the only room we could be moved to was a single queen. This obviously was not going to work with 2 kids and 2 adults. The simple solution would have been for the staff to call earlier in the day to make us aware of the situation. If they would have done this I could have found appropriate accommodations for my family. Instead I had to finish my drive home throughout the night. This by far was the worst customer service i have ever experienced with a hotel. "
