"Firstly, first time we walked in the place the staff was very accommodating. Greeted us in French and made effort to speak in English. He explained the necessary things about free breakfast. Wife and I were Very satisfied. The breakfast experience is self serve, but the food was great European experience, must try their croissant. Last, even during the check out someone was still available very early around 3Am I a morning since we had to catch flight early. "

"We arrived for a 4 night stay about lunch time and the reception staff were very helpful and found our room was ready. Room was on 5th floor with 3 lifts and fresh water dispenser on each floor, also a microwave - though we didn't use this. "
