"The place is smack in the middle of the temples and sights, has a pool for cooling off and a good restaurant. Bed is comfortable and the rates are very reasonable."

"Our favorite in Mammalapuram!! We have been there several times, over the years. It´s our favorit in Mammalapuram. It is not in the main road, but nearby everything you like, including the beautiful sea and the fisher boats. We arrive normally wit the motorbike which is easy to park safty.The owner is very kind at any time, and if you need something, just ask him."

"Right from check in, all the way until we left, we were really taken good care of. Staff was extremely friendly, professional and always treated with a smile. Dinner at Dhani was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding, the best we have ever had. The performance by the Rajasthani troupe was amazing and set the tone for the evening. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience!! Could give 10 stars if option available. "

Good Value, good location, quiet

"Nice location, in centre of town, very near beach, but quiet too. Friendly and good value. Nearby is Joe's Cafe for excellent coffee and hot and cold snacks freshly made. On main street nearby there is great place to get laundry done, very good quality and price. Top Star I think it is called. Also very friendly and nice tea shop next to it. Also check out Sabhra restaurant across from temple near Krishna Butter Ball for great N. Indian food at very good prices. Great town and beach, but be careful of rip tide in sea. "

"The stay was awesome…the employees we excellent. I stay in hotels in India approx 100 days each year, but the staff there was tops. Mugundhan was as good an employee as I’ve ever see. Keep him. Aarthi, Rishika, Akhila, Abdul, and Ananagha were all great too."

"Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants across road . It's very close to main attraction of shore temple. Highly recommended for families and they can be great with few changes "
