The property is conveniently located, rooms are clean and modern. As with many European hotels, the tub/showers are like going over hurdles to get in/out, but bathrooms are large and spacious. Wish the rooms had refrigerators. Only complaint was being there during a hot summer, room air conditioning didn’t really cool the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, servers were attentive and dining room was great with opening to the street.

The front desk staff was outstanding. The perfect people to run the front of the house. The bed was super comfortable. It had air-conditioning, which was absolutely critical. The location is on a pedestrian road with lots of shops and cafés; just a short, walk to the downtown shopping area. Because it’s on a pedestrian road, there’s a short walk from drop off to the hotel.

This is a vey nice hotel with professional and courteous staff. It is only a few minutes walk to Zurich Train Station (Zurich HB) and main Bus Station. It is clean and very quiet. We only wished that the cleaning crew paid a little more attention to details. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich and sightseeing immensely!

Hotel doesn’t have AC units. It was really uncomfortable to stay 2nights in this hotel. Will not recommend to people.

Vegetarian breakfast was fine. Location good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Road works going on at the time started very early in the morning. Room was very hot. Communal fridge downstairs. No Tv in the room or the facility. Bar across the road very noisy at night.
