"My stay at Hotel Qellenhof in Arosa was enjoyable. The hotel is well situated on the main street, serviced by a free bus service from the train station. The room was clean, with a balcony with an outstanding view. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with a pleasant attendant. The only downside was the lack of facilities in the room for making tea or coffee. An issue was that the hotel has no front desk or accessible person in charge. "Genial staff allowed me to practice my German instead of immediately switching to English, as many would do. Room was clean and modern, a short walk from the train station and to the heart of the old town. The hotel itself and the ground floor restaurant have preserved many features of the building's three or four hundred year history, a delight for this traveler."
