"The Courtyard came to our rescue at midnight when the reservation at our original hotel couldn’t be honored because their housekeeping staff had forgotten to clean our room (they had six empty rooms, but they hadn’t been cleaned which prevented our being able to check-in). The Courtyard was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we were able to get settled quickly and catch a few winks. Kudos to their night staff.. great people. "
