"This is a spectacular location! Great hotel with helpful staff and a nice breakfast! We booked our hotel based on laundry facilities and there were none on this property although it indicated that there were 'laundry facilities'. They offer to send your clothes out for you but this is very different than having facilities on property. I would suggest the hotel updates this."

"The place was really expensive $220 a night after tax. The property was far away from the old town. We found a cockroach running in our room."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location tō see all of Naxos town. The staff were friendly, great wifi, lovely clean rooms. Plenty of dining options near by and the pool, although small was lovely for a quick dip. Would definitely stay again! "

"Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους κυκλοφορούσε ποντίκι τους ενημέρωσα και δεν τους φάνηκε καθόλου περίεργο ....το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν το ίδιο με την κράτηση .....επίσης όσον αναφορά για την καθαριότητα την καθημερινή η καθαρίστρια απλά έμπαινε μέσα στα δωμάτια ούτε το τασάκι δεν καθάριζε .....ήταν από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου και φυσικά δεν το προτείνω !"
