"This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. "This property checked all of our boxes. It matter our needs. We were close to the train station, which was important because we were heading to Machu Picchu the following morning. It was also walking distance to the ruins, the town and the plaza. The grounds were well-maintained. It allowed us to be able to enjoy relaxing. Without feeling like we needed to be somewhere. The only knock that I would have with this place and it’s very very minor is that the floors were so clean you could hear people walking in around and above our hotel room. Overall, this place was a great place to stay. "
