The neighborhood is mediocre, but the ownership of this property has gone to beyond acceptable accommodations to provide a safe and comfortable hotel experience. There are no bells and whistles. "The housekeeping people were friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean. When the housekeepers, I think her name was Christy, knocked on the door and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I was going to be leaving in about half an hour if she wanted to take care of the room, even though there was nothing much to do in there. She asked me if there was anything specific I wanted done. She was very sweet to my little grandson. We talked for a minute in the doorway and he ran out the door to hug her, so she gave him a hug. Thought that was very sweet."

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Very nice in appearance inside and out. The room was comfortable and clean. They offer one free drink and snack in the restaurant at night and a free breakfast. The breakfast was a full buffet and had good food. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
