On check-out day, I was going to pick up the car from the nearby Budget car rental, and the front desk was kind enough to assure me that it was okay to park a few minutes outside until I picked up the luggage from the front desk. I was going to leave my suitcases at the front desk before walking to the car rental."

"An upscale hotel in many regards. Checkin was difficult. It was not a friendly experience for me. The bed and shower were luxurious. The bathroom huge. Enjoyed my stay, even when I heard the couple next door going at it for hours. There was an extra $20 charge not disclosed before booking the room. "

"Great location if you need to be downtown. We were there for two nights for a show at Bill Graham and it was great walking to everywhere. Only thing I would have changed is that the “view” that I paid extra for was not viewable from anywhere in the room except the bathroom. Plus the room was quite tiny. Other than that, positive experience. "
