"Great stay in Hakuba if you’re looking to ski or snowboard in a group. The host was very responsive and is able to arrange for a rental car and recommend gear rentals or even classes for your winter sports activities. The location is also conveniently located at the heart of Echoland, with several food options, gear rentals and convenience shops. The housekeeping was attentive, dry room was spacious and well equipped and kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommended! "

"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"The hotel is only several minutes walk from Kita-Matsumoto station. It is also close to the castle which is about 10 minute walk away. The area is safe and quiet, away from the crowd around Matsumoto station. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is reasonably priced and is okay. The room is clean and has what we needed for our stay. "
