"Room is in good condition, clean and hygenic, about 5mins walk to nagano station, supermarket and departmental store."

"The room is very clean and fresh. Very close to Nagano train station east exit. Breakfast is delicious but a bit too crowded due to amount of ppl staying. Coin laundry is available on L1 which is awesome. Staff is very friendly. The only thing to be improved is bed a bit hard for me."

This particular building had an odor of cigarettes in the hallway of the floor our room was on, but our room itself was spotless and we kept the smell out by keeping the inner door closed. So it didn’t detract from our positive experience and we’d definitely stay here again in the future."
