Super clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is not a fancy hotel but it was so clean and it had laundry facilities and an area with a microwave oven and ice machine. They also have a quiet workspace for anyone who wants to use it. Overall we were really happy with our stay at Toyoko Inn Nagano.

This hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Nagano station, and had a room that accommodated 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were standard hard for Japan, but the room was a really good size for suitcases. The bathroom was really cramped though - it reminded us of an airplane bathroom! That was the only annoying thing though - everything else was great, for this really reasonably priced hotel. Added bonus -the included buffet breakfast was really good! Up on level 14, with amazing views across to the mountains - we really emjoyed these breakfasts! Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want cheap, family accommodation in Nagano. We would happily stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The location of the breakfast area was especially nice: on the top floor, with views of the Japan Alps, and outlines and names of the peaks on the windows. The rooms are quite small with very little space for luggage or for hanging clothes. The beds were hard. The location of the hotel was excellent: an easy walk to the Nagano Station.

駅近くなので夕食を食べるところは歩いて行けますコンビニもあるので便利です。朝食は生野菜やスープ、カレー、ナポリタンなど色々とありました。朝食のスタッフがとにかく親切で声かけをしてくれてお手伝いをしてくれて助かりました。駐車場は夕方に着いたので止めれなかったけど近くの駐車場が24時間1000円だったので翌日善光寺まで歩いて行ったり駅ビルでランチしたり楽しい時間をゆっくり過ごせました。

Das Zimmer war groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Ein typisches Business Hotel. Das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig, die Qualität der Speisen machte einen guten Eindruck, nur die Auswahl war für uns im speziellen etwas zu dürftig. Leider war einer der zwei Trockner defekt, was zu Stau führte, da es 3 Waschmaschinen gibt. Der Aufenthaltsbereich im oberste Stock Rock leider stark nach Rauch, trotz Rauchverbots.
