"The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter.
Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city.
The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need.
The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people to use at the same time. They were also very well kept.
The location is extremely convenient as it’s almost diagonally across the road from Okaido Shopping Street, where my family has a great time bargain hunting. When our bags are full, we just went back to leave the stuff, had a rest then continued shopping as it’s so near. There are also quite a number of eating places around the area.
Checking out is also very easy and was done within 5 minutes.
The staff also help us call to book taxi to travel to JR station where we continue our journey.
We booked it more than 6 months before our trip and we got a real good price for the stay.
