The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter.
Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city.
The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need.
The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people...

Excellent location and clean room, breakfast was nice too. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful hotel staff who promptly answered my email query about a makeup pouch i left there and sent it to my next hotel.
Would stay there again if i have the opportunity to visit Matsuyama another time.
