"My stay was perfect! I loved the thoughtful attention of the staff, the room amenities and the beautiful common areas. It's an amazing place to stay in the heart of downtown Toronto."
"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

10/10 Excellent
"This location is ideal as it’s right in the downtown core, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway station. The room and lobby are clean, and the staff are very welcoming."
"I like the location, being so accessible to transit, food, and shopping. I felt at home in my suite, while having the luxury feel of hotel service. A balanced experience "
"We had a really amazing time! They had a special surprise for my wife for her birthday. The pool was fantastic! Overall great stay, the only downside was that the one concierge had trouble finding us milk for our baby and the concierge were giving little stuffed animals out to the kids at check out but the concierge we got did not. Overall, was an amazing stay "
"The Cambridge Suites exceed my expectations. The staff was super helpful and kind when I had an issue with parking. I didn’t see this information when researching my accommodations for this trip, but guests have access to a better rate (27$/night) at the parking lot under the hotel and the neighbouring building, so make sure you don’t pay at the booth like I did (35$/night).
The hotel is super clean, the room was spacious and very well located, walking distance to many street car lines, a metro station and the Eaton Centre.
Would definitely book again!"
"Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Welcome cookies are yummy! Location is nice. We were able to walk to all our destinations in the city we wanted to see. Would stay again!"
"Other than the homeless approaching you for a hand out everytime you go outside, and i know that really nothing can be done, i enjoyed the property inside and out, and the pool area is amazing"
"The team took care of coordinating our family trip and rooms to celebrate a couple birthdays. Everyone working in the hotel is really nice and always says hello and smiles and asks how is your day. Pearl went above and beyond to accommodate for us we really appreciate you making our time in Toronto relaxing!"
