"Great place. Clean. Good-sized room, but smallest bathroom ever! Restaurant on site has limited menu: try the Caesar salad with kale. It is unbelievably good. Skip the dessert. Elevators are smoot and divided so you aren’t stopping at every floor to get to yours."

Charming Yorkville Condos

8/10 Good
"This is my third time staying at this property, but the first time with this management company. I thoroughly enjoy staying in this building. The location is unbeatable. The units are great and there is a clean fitness facility, which is always my first filter. It is a little difficult to communicate with the management company however, but all in all everything checks all the boxes. I hope to stay here again in the future."
