The front desk staff were not friendly. Not welcoming. Just charged me for the room and that was it. Didn’t show me where the elevator was to get to my room. They charged me for two rooms. Hopefully I won’t have a problem getting a credit. The pool was dated. The bed was comfortable.

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Nice clean room, and the location was very central. We walked to the ROM, the theatre, and back for dinner at a lovely restaurant right across the street from the hotel.
