"We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was visible black mold in the washroom, especially around the shower and corners, which made the space feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. This is a serious cleanliness issue that should be addressed promptly. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards for future guests, considering the reviews were excellent Room 612"

"The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Pearson Airport. Very close to CN tower(when there is no heavy traffic) Hotel will book tours for you, that includes the Niagara Falls tour. A few things to note: Although the room has a balcony, guests do not have access to it. No swimming pool Laundry room and parking garage is a bit outdated and not easily accessible. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location."
