"We took an one day break in Frankfurt and had time to visit a small town nearby. The reasons to choose Schlosshotel Kronberg were its location and high rating. This castle hotel is beautiful and the service was good. The only complain was that the heater/AC didn't work. The servant gave us a heater instead."

"Large, quite room; kitchen, tv. Bathroom has only one soap dispenser (for hands, we used it for shwer...) Overall i can recommend, but... Check in was very difficult. After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport? After...

"Gefallen hat mir der sehr freundliche Service durch die Mitarbeiter*innen im Hotel. Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, wie die Sicherheitsbedingungen im Hotel (Maske tragen, Desinfektionsmittel benutzen vor dem Frühstück) durch die Mitarbeiter*innen durchgesetzt worden sind. Reinigung und Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder. "

"Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer mit dem Charme der Siebzigerjahre, kl. aber von ausreichender Größe, liebevoll dekoriert, kostenlos Kaffe/Tee im Zimmer. Bett & Matratze gut. Nichts um Urlaub zu machen, aber gute und preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. "

"Da Familie in der Nähe wohnt war das für uns sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und man muß auf nichts verzichten. Haustiere waren überhaupt kein Problem. "
