"The property is in a beautiful setting. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The restuarant and beer garten were not open, which was very disappointing. Easy parking and friendly staff. The property was 25 min to Frankfurt airport not 11 as advertised. "
"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "

"This hotel is either new or newly renovated. It’s very comfortable and clean with new furniture and fixtures. Our room was huge. It is right across from the Frankfurt Main Train station, so very handy to travel. The staff were very kind and helpful when the self checkin gave us an issue. The nearby area is a bit sketchy due to the close proximity of the train station, but you only have to walk a block to get into many restaurants and bars, grocery and other shops. "
