"beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. "All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "This property was very clean and beautiful. It’s great for the older crowd and younger crowd. My fiancée and I had a great time here. The buffet was a little underwhelming but they have another place where you can order almost all day and that was pretty good. And all the restaurants were great. I was a little disappointed that the island isn’t for everyone. It is a completely nude island and I didn’t know that before booking. I’m still glad I booked this place and I would revisit despite the island not being available to us. "

"We booked last minute. Checked in and greeted by a very helpful security. He explained everything and let us know of free breakfast . He got us to our very clean room. He even took our order for breakfast next day and asked what time we wanted it delivered. Bed comfortable, tv worked well. Breakfast was good. Overall excellent. "

"If you're looking for a place that is conveniently located to the local shops and Mahogany Beach well this is it. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and the view of the ocean from the balcony was so beautiful. We brought our own washcloths and housekeeping washed them for us every morning and returned them back to our room. The breakfast was complimentary and so delicious. I wanted Jamaican homestyle dishes and the chef did not disappoint. Also, the pastries and bread are made on the property, we purchased a loaf to take back home with us. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and pleasant. If you don't mind some loud music from the locals at night or if you're here on Sunday you can here the church service and gospel music from the church across the street. Even those things made my experience that much more real. The garden was nice and perfect place to take pictures. The parrot did not want take photos lol. The tunnel entrance to their manmade beach was so cool especially if you go at night, but that "beach" was for people who just want to sunbathe. If you want the full beach experience walk down the street and spend the 500JAMD, (a little over $3USD) to enjoy the beach. The pool and hot tub was a nice addition and made for a cool way to relax after a hot day. Beach towels are available at the front office. "
