"We had to move rooms because of a roach wad spotted. Staff was excellent No problem with the wifi Air-conditioning/Heating worked well "

"The rooms were dated and worn. I literally had paint flaking off the walls. Not small amounts, but large amounts of paint. Thay being said, the staff was incredible, and did their best to make up for a property that needed a lot of TLC."

"While this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am a pet owner, I prefer not to stay in a room with pet fur laying everywhere when the room should be cleaned between guests' stay. There were signs that there was renovation taking place but that's no excuse for a dirty room from pet fur. The elevator was in a dilapidated state and one night it was not working and I was staying on the 6th floor, so up 6 flights of stairs I went."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The kitchen/bedroom layout was perfect. Well set up. There was a little street noise but I wear ear plugs, so not a problem for me. 2 choices of pillow types which was helpful. I streamed Netflix and relaxed. Perfect downtown location. "
