"1. Helpful staff at check-in. The desk manager should be given credit because it was quite crowded. She did a good job of setting the right expectations and crowd management."

"While checking in the lady carried on a conversation with other guest while she was taking me in. The room could’ve been cleaner than what it was. Looked like they had not put anyone in it in a while. I checked out at 6 am due to not being able to sleep because someone on the second floor being extremely loud at 5am.. I was only 13 mins away from a 10 am celebration of life and drove 6 hrs to stay the night. The guy at the front at checkout makes it even worse just points to the window to slide my key in and not speak a word to me. I would never stay here again.."

"The front desk was scary. There were signs warning to not congregate at night. There was an old mattress laying next to the stairwell. All the lights worked and the internet worked. That said I went to the Walmart less than 1 mile away and felt safe. Overall the property felt reasonably safe Not the greatest property but it was OK for the price."
