"The room was cold and the heater didn’t work well at all!!! When my husband talked to the desk clerk they said it takes a while for it to warm up but it had been a while. The heat was set at 95 and it didn’t even get 70 degrees by the next morning. Plus I think the maids must smoke in there cuz it smelled a bit like cigarettes. Not happy. "

"It was a nice big room with 3 queen beds. We all slept well and comfortable."

"Parking should be free. It was a noisy property. Lots of loud stomping all the time above my room."

"This place had everything you wanted for a quick overnight stay. But overall it was average at best. Staff at checkin looked like he had a long day wasn’t very friendly and breakfast was underwhelming. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable so no issues there. "

"We stay here a few times a year-the front desk staff is always fabulous. The room this time wasn’t as clean as usual, but ok. The Still Room always has good food and drinks. "

"Room was clean, parking was good, location close to highways and downtown. No microwave in room. Coffee and hot water only. I was not appreciating that there was no toilet seat top. "

"Breakfast was great, location was very convenient to university and down town (have to drive but not far), train horn about every 4-6 hours wasn't great but tolerable, unfortunately took a long time for water to get hot on the top floor. "

"I have stayed here numerous times. It's always clean, maintained and having an airport shuttle is very convenient."
