"As a return traveller to Batu my husband absolutely loved every minute again . Everything about Batu Karang the beautiful villa amazing staff the food ... just perfect . Worst part was having to say goodbye again . The position is perfect great Thai restaurant right next door and just a small walk on the boardwalk to the little beach and new Lagos restaurant that is spectacular . Or just stay in and enjoy the hospitality onsite . "

"It's good enough for the price. The staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are kept clean, but do need some care in the wallpaper. Isn't fancy at all, but has good price and is close to the Main Street. "

"We got a nice welcome when arriving at Nyuh Grading hill , staff was always eager to help and was friendly. The owner is always fixing something and making sure his property is up to standards . He had a great smile and laugher . Our room was clean and spacious . Finally the pool also great and the view from the hotel is absoluty beautiful . We had a perfect stay . "I couldn’t climb the step stairs wanted a refund and they would only give 3 day’s worth. Limited smoking areas by pool and got splash on while having meals. Staff didn’t speak very good English "

"Everything about Sanctuary Villas is spectacular. The view was out of this world, I could have spent the whole time just looking out the window. Easy walk down to the deck for dining options, very well stocked kitchen (and fridge), and the pool in the courtyard was perfect, great temperature to spend hours in the pool with the kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and organized our transfers to and from the mainland which went so smoothly. We will definitely return to this villa when we are next in Lembongan. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff"

"Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming. "
