The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍

Great little airport hotel
Great location not far from the airport. Modern room with good wi-fi and all mod-cons. Friendly staff. On airport glide path so a bit noisy from 06.30am. Breakfast was OK but quite basic. All-in-all, value for money

57 Res Hotel is convenient to Bergamo airport. The hotel had family rooms that many others did not. Off street parking was available. The facility was very modern and in very good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is convenient to the train station for a trip into MIlan.

Nice hotel within walking distance of airport. Ideal for an overnight stay for taking a early flight next day.Not much to do in vacinaty of hotel unless you go back to airport where across the main road access by tunnel there is a large shoppin mall with restaurants and cinema complex (New release English films)

1. 20 min easy walk to the aiport/oriocenter shopping center; 2. Rooms very clean, big with comfortable bed; 3. Very nice staff (earlier check in allowed) Just a minor think some more toiletries will make the stay even better!

18 minute walk from the airport
Good location from the airport, being an 18 minute walk. Good room with good breakfast the next day. It was a nice stay when I flew in late to the airport.

When you arriving to an hotel, there several minimal things that I required First of all the room need to be clean. its a big No No if you open the light and you see 4 small white insects running on the floor which i need to pick up myself. Second, the room is so hot. there is no A/C to cool it down and no window to open. this is something that need to be told when booking a room. and last, the bed mattress was not comfortable at all. hope they will improve

Nice, new, and clean hotel. The bathroom was large and clean. Staff was nice and welcoming. It was a very easy 20 minute walk from the airport. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the airport which you can take at any time of the day or night for only 10 euro per room. It is also a short walk to a bus stop and to a lidl grocery store

Room was fantastic and very modern and the guy at reception was really helpful at checking and also sorted me a taxi collection for middle of the night. There is only 1 restaurant within walking distance but it is close and was very good also. I would stay again passing through bergamo airport

Massive Work on a roof to wake you up..,
When we booked our rooms we picked the top floor ones, in order to be quiet and have a proper good night sleep, even though they are more expensive. We slept on Saturday evening. No communication about any works before booking or on the night we arrived. At 7 am on the Sunday morning they started massive construction work on the roof upstairs with a lot of noise, constantly which woke us up. When we came downstairs to have some explanation they just said they were doing some work, they didn’t bother to apologize, or offer us a free breakfast as apology for all the disturbance… Terrible customer service, terrible experience…

Made to feel welcomed, Rooms cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday. Bed comfortable. We had a hot tub in the room. Couldnt find instructions how to use it, or the lights, as everything was technical and up to date. QR code in the room didnt take you to any instruction site. Continental breakfast. Free tea in your room, but had to pay for coffee. Not much to do around the area, long walk into town, no bars open in the day around the hotel, can buy drinks from the hotel. Hotel is under the flight path, once in room you dont notice them. We walked to the hotel from the airport, it took us 20 mins, and a nice walk,

A four star hotel where tou can't sleep peacefully because it's impossible to close the conditioner and it's making a lot of noise. Also no free coffee in the room have to buy the the pods from the reception while room has a coffee machine filled with water. Weird. Check-in also took a long time even tho I had prepaid.
