"Check in staff were wonderful and she chose a perfect room for me. I was disappointed that despite being there five nights that my bed wasn’t made once despite being told my room would be cleaned on the fourth day (I never used the do not disturb sign). Clean towels were left daily but a random selection each time including a bunch of bath mats one day! When I raised it at reception I got nowhere. Despite that the location and price are first rate and I already have a stay booked for next year. Breakfast was just fine for the small cost compared to what’s around"

"There is false advertisement because the water area is under construction. No one indicated a parking fee from night to night. The attendant waived my parking fee because this was not included and she did not give me a parking permit in hopes that my car would be singled out and maybe towed over night! I noticed the permits on the other vehicles and got a parking permit! Geesh, this could have been bad!"

"Waterpark was an extra $25/day/person fee. Wavepool and lazy river were quite crowded, but kids had fun. It was pretty close to everything (15 min anywhere we wanted to go). Rooms were clean/nice/good condition (but dated in terms of style -- pictures were accurate). I was happy with it and would do it again."

"We had a recently renovated room. It was good, but the shower is very small and it's hard to move around in there. The towels are also very small (both bath and pool towels) and thin. The bed was also not that comfortable and made a lot of noise when I got up from it. It was also kind of ridiculous to charge $50 for early check-in when our room was clearly ready. I've never had to pay that at other properties. Overall, we liked the food options and the water park. The luau was also very good."
