Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with the standards of the Hilton Spark. As we are renovating there are some things on back order such as the pool furniture, work out equipment and towels. The breakfast is now a bagel bar and the in room amenities are limited but we do offer coffee 24 hours a day and cups are at the coffee bar. We will relay your comments to the brand for future consideration in adding different options. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will reconsider using us in the future.

I am sorry that it caused you an inconvenience during your stay and although we cannot control what other guests do, we try to alleviate these issues by regularly checking these areas.
