"I’d definitely return to westgates! The staff was really helpful and the services that they offer are really good - especially the free shuttle to and from Universal. The room I stayed in wasn’t modern and I did have an issue with my bathroom but I was able to call facilities and get it rectified. That being said the room was clean and they did provide the basic amenities. Overall a very good stay, I would return and recommend for sure!!"

"Clean Room. Excelent location. However, one elevador was not working so wait times were long. Room needs some upgrades. The really bad thing is that they charge 34 dollars for parking. Still dont get it."

"When I made the reservation, I was a bit concerned about whether the renovations I had heard about would turn out well—as is often the case whenever such work is underway. However, we were pleasantly surprised; the hotel turned out great, and everything was very clean and more modern. I will definitely recommend it."
