"Hotel management were great and helpful, rooms large, private and quiet. Clean and wonderful housekeeping staff. The Royal Caribe is beside this hotel and you can use the large pool with water slide at no extra costs, great for kids. Area close to Disney parks and only 20 min form Universal parks with groceries nearby within a few miles."

"When we arrived the pool was pristine on Thursday.. by Monday I must say there was cigarette but and hair and oil in the pool. The staff was amazing I'm only blaming the disrespectful guests.. that I saw spilling drinks in the pool. We honestly loved the property and location.. We will definitely hopefully visit again.."

"My only issue is them overcharging my card twice for the hold of 75.00 and I was charged again after I left for 108.75 on Friday and I checked out the Monday before. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow. "

"I would say this place is really great ! The one thing i can complain on is the people we were staying in building 80 and all times of the night people were so LOUD! I’m talking about 12am 2 am 3 am didn’t matter i stayed for 9 days the staff everyone was great expect the other stayers. "

"I would not recommend this place at all. The room and surrounding areas were very dirty. The shower, toilet, and mini fridge were filthy, towels were stained, and overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Even after requesting for my room to be cleaned again the next morning, nothing was properly addressed. They only vacuumed and made the beds, while everything else remained dirty. I expected the room to look like the pictures and description shown online .. clean and well maintained .. but it was the complete opposite. What a shock. Not to mention the breakfast area: many items were out of stock according to the staff, and the employee handling the bread kept touching her AirPods while serving food and using the toaster. The ice machine also had mold around it. Very disappointing experience overall."

"The both of the night stands and window seal was dirty. I called twice and spoke to front desk and no one ever came to clean them up. I paid for a clean room not dirty.The lazy river and slides were closed. Totally was a waste of money in my opinion. "
