"オルモックのホテルの中では新しい部類なので、部屋自体は綺麗です。ただ、ベランダ側は目の前のストリートにトライシクルが多くて日中はうるさいです。 反対側はマシですが、窓が開きませんし、ホテル設備の通路があり人が通るのでカーテンも開けられません。 部屋によると思いますが、シャワーの温度は一定では有りません。熱冷を繰り返しますが他のオルモックのホテルも似たようなものです。WiFiはあんまり早くないです。 Pina Suite Room は冷蔵庫がありますが他は有りません。追加費用を支払えば、冷蔵庫を準備してくれます。 スタッフは全体的にシャイな感じですが、頼んだことは親切に対応してくれます。"

"I made reservation for my gf and two nieces for one night...when I tried call hotel, the reception girl answered then hung up right away....I called right back and she never answer....I called a least 10 times to ask important questions but she just blew me off...when gf arrived next day after check-in time, her room was dirty and not cleaned...she was assigned a new room, but the comfort room smelled so bad...she called down to reception and girl came up to spray air freshener, but that did nothing to rid the odor....the wifi was very poor...this is the second time I made reservation at this hotel, first time was when I was there in May 2018, and when I arrived to check-in late afternoon, the room was never cleaned...when I came off the elevator, the entire hallway was so dark from all the lights being burned out...I was mad and left there to go to different hotel...I will never again book a room at this hotel in the future because of the very poor customer service and conditions of this hotel😱😡😡😡"
