"The staff was very helpful. I needed to iron and I went down to the office and they gave me one to use. The balconies could use some TLC. I know that drains drain on the balcony, but they could clean up the area with the water drains. It was dirty. The bed was comfortable enough pillows, which is good I like that they have regular cable and not only streaming Pool area was very nice. Water was worn. I think the only really complaint I would have would be the balconies and that it doesnโt have an elevator. I was on the third floor, but with that being said, they did ask if that was OK before they put me in the room."
