"Beautiful hotel"

"What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!"

"Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking and pay there. We needed help to find the hotel property and this took lots of texts."
