"The room was perfect for our family, the view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed swimming and fishing off of the floating dock and having numerous gas bbq grills for our use. Our only downside was the hot tub was broken and the heater for the pool was also broken down, which made swimming a little cold. But those were only minor inconveniences! Would absolutely stay there again!"

"The motel is dated and does need some upgrades but for the money it was more than adequate. It's a place to save on money and be close to everything that's going on. We don't go on vacation to stay in the room anyway. It was clean and comfortable and I really have no complaints. Staff was great and I would stay there again!"

"When going with an economy hotel, you never quite know what you're going to get. And I was glad to be pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well maintained and up-to-date, the staff was friendly, and the clientele were all good folks. You know it's not going to be the Waldorf but you want a clean pleasant experience and it delivered on that. Thanks!"

"Staff was nice. Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Coffee pot was missing in our room. Some thug probably stole it. Who knows. But I would stay there again. If you want freedom over luxury at a good price this is your place. Enjoyed the pool and the lake view. If you want a good lake view make sure you get one of the rooms on the top level. The lack of bed bugs warmed my heart. Thank you Hawks nest!"
