"Excellent service. Not only was the stay memorable for us but the hotel staff exceeded expectations. When Uber blew it on a timed taxi hailing, they shuttled us up to the station to make our train - off schedule. Great service! The buffet is also awesome and rooms are so sweet! Views are excellent and the location is at the heart of the beachfront. Pretty great spot to experience Atami."

"We were a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights. Spacious and comfortable room (make sure to get the rooms with a sea view - watching the fireworks from our balcony was amazing), good hotel amenities and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Recommended"

"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."

"It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."
