Nice hotel in the beautiful town of Osnabrueck. Easy to find and very clean. Lovely bakery about 10 minutes walk from the hotel where you can have breakfast.

This hotel is at an inconvenient location for visiting the city. I would recommend one in the city center; this will make exploring the city much easier and enjoyable. Buses only run outside the city up until early night; I had to walk back to this place a number of times. There was also nothing extra here like a gym. I tried to check out early and they refused to refund money for the other days I booked. Eventually I switched to another hotel in the city center, let this place keep my money, and was much happier with the new hotel. I regret not switching earlier.

Hotel was very convenient fo the motorway, it’s was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast catered for all nationalities, I didn’t expect a English full breakfast but it was there.. 5 stars ***** from me

Slept like a log
Value for money, friendly staff, very clean great for the motorway. My wife and I travel for work and pleasure i know she will check the bathroom cleanliness it past with flying colours, the bedroom was interesting a mix of modern and dated but the bed was super comfortable with great bedding ( i was informed) we arrived late but they managed to feed us and the beer was excellent. So we have found a keeper for ourselves when we travel by car from the Dutch ferries to Prague.

Great for a quick stopover
Simple hotel great for an overnight stop on our business trip. The rooms were a little dated but the bathrooms were modern and clean. We all slept well and would stay again if travelling past. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and helped arrange on site parking easily.

Adequate for a passing traveller
This hotel is adequate for a passing visit. Located on the outskirts of town. It was fairly busy and well used, therefore suffering some ear and tear. It was just your basic, motel style room. They did sting me 5 Euros just to park in the car park though!

Easy to find and great parking.
What a nice hotel just on the outskirts of town. We used this hotel as a stopover point and were not disappointed. This was very easy to find and parking was plentiful and secure plus reasonably priced. The room was very clean and all presented. Check in and check out was faultless. We got in late but found a nice Subway across the main road from the hotel. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but instead went back across the main road behind the service station and subway there was a nice shopping centre, and we had a great bakery breakfast. We did venture into Osnabrück the next day to visit a laundromat, which was only a short drive. Nice little town. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Brilliant service at this hotel!
The staff at this hotel was unbelievable friendly and helpful! They helped me with everything including how to get the local bus. I would highly recommend the hotel for service. The hotel was also very clean and just what I needed for my stay in Germany.

Not quite such a good deal as it seems.
Hadn't realised there was extra charge for parking and also no coffee/tea facilities except for conference clients. The breakfast was average. Probably would choose different hotel for stopover next time.

Nice convenient hotel, clean and well run.
This is a super hotel for an overnight in the area. Close connections with the motorway, but not too close. A bit of a walk into the nice German town, but worth it after eating so well there. We have stayed 3 times now and not been disappointed’

Good location and nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Room was cramped with what seemed only one DC outlet, but the next morning I discovered two more near window behind the curtain. Wifi in the room was insufficient.

Good hotel, just off the motorway.
The room was super, but there were some repairs going on. We were very happy to stay and we also ate in the restaurant which was good plain German cooking.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the beautiful photos on Hotels.com actually matched the quality of the Novum hotel. We were even more impressed with the staff working the front desk both during check in and at check out time. The host who checked us out graciously spent 10 minutes assisting my wife with the settings on her US cell phone so it would work properly in Germany. Regarding the room, it was very nice, but I would recommend ceiling or floor fans during the hot summer months, since there is no air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and looked new, but in order to keep it looking nice I would recommend adding drip tray at the bottom of the glass shower door. After showering, water on the door drips onto the bathroom floor, which could cause water damage over time. Looking forwarding to staying at other Novum locations next time I visit Europe.

Good stopover
Warm welcome, friendly staff. Most staff speak English and are very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Menu and guest information translated into English. This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel and have never been disappointed. However since changed over to Novum there is now a charge for parking which I find a bit bizarre. Lovely terrace for evening drinks, good meals in nice surroundings. Free tea and coffee in bar area.

A solid overnight stopover
Judging by how busy the car park was on arrival, coupled with how early in the day it cleared, we assume that most people use this as a traveling stop-off like we did, which makes sense, given how close it is to a major motorway interchange. It's ideal for that purpose; it doesn't have the frills of somewhere you'd wish to spend a holiday, but fulfills all the basics of overnight accommodation well, with a comfy bed and good shower. The internal noise insulation wasn't great, but after a short burst of noise early in the evening from some people who retired to their room after a night out, the other guests were perfectly respectful and we had a very queit night's sleep.

Not exactly the definition of "Styles"
This was to be our first stay in an Ibis Styles, and we weren't too sure what to expect compared to the normal Ibis or the Budget options. Our arrival was welcomed by a rather grotty car park, with a noticeable lack of maintenance or a bit of love and care utilised to ensure that your vehicle has just as much as a pleasant stay as yourself. The blatant conversion of the hotel into the Ibis brand has left some areas of the hotel from its previous incarnation untouched and still looking dated, particularly the stairways. The rooms are bog standard with nothing to shout home too much about. Despite the dated facades here and there however, the general cleanliness overall is acceptable. The breakfast buffet is well laid out and the staff were fairly pleasant, but weren't too insistent on going the extra mile. The hotel is conveniently located for anyone travelling and is an acceptable place to stop over for the night, with a nearby petrol station and other facilities to secure a well suited location for drivers.

Perfect location for travelling across Germany.
We chose this hotel as another reviewer recommended it for their journey to Denmark which was what we were doing. Perfect stopping point between Hook of Holland and Denmark, very close to main road (without bein on the main road), really helpful staff and lovely evening meal and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.

Ibis without the Style
The staff were courteous and friendly however nota lot to do in the hotel and quite a bit away from town. No air conditioning so had to leave window open and the birds were up early!!! The curtains also did not keep out the light

Ok for a quick rest stop
Room and hotel was fine, food was a bit rubbish. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Nice big car park and easy access. Perfect to just sleep for the night and leave early. No English channels on TV

Love this hotel!
After a long days travelling this hotel was a very welcome surprise. Free tea/coffee and pastries in lounge area. Lovely garden and terrace to relax or eat. Receptionist very helpful and pleasant, as were all other members of staff. We are planning to return for a longer stay. Convenient for motorway network and Osnabruck centre.

Does a job, nothing special though
(Arrival) We arrived shortly after 3pm as couldn't check-in before, the reception was busy (others checking in) and the automatic doors kept on sliding open as queue went to doorway, a minor annoyance. Took at least 15 minutes to get served (no explanation, but there was an apology). Wouldn't say staff were friendly, they seemed stressed. (Room) Quite small and walls are thin, we were careful when watching TV for volume as could hear neighbours easily. Very clean and comfortable bedding though. (Location) There's a petrol station and supermarket diagonally across the road from hotel which is convenient. Supermarket also has fast food. also a Subway next to it. Other than that nothing much in walking distance. Have to get a bus to the city centre though, the 91 goes often enough. A little inconvenient for city centre and not the best hotel in the world, but does a job...

Excellent overnight stop
This is a comfortable, welcoming hotel conveniently situated just off the autobahn. We drive from our home in England to our family in Denmark and this hotel is half way (almost). The rooms are always comfortable and quiet and clean with en-suite facilities. Extra pillows and duvets are always available. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however. The restaurant always cooks meals to order and the portion size is generous. The bar serves a sorely needed beer (or two) for the weary traveler. Breakfast is an eat as much as you like buffet including cereals, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, bread and croissants. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruit juices are provided. For warmer weather there is a garden and patio - immaculately maintained - with tables and seating.
