"They provided us smaller room what we paid for. A lady at the reception kept saying that they did not have to provide the same room and there is nothing to do with it."

"We stayed for 3 nights and my room was nevered cleaned, bed not made either, towels not changed. Customer service very poor. Will not recommend ti anyone. "

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."
