Staff on duty about 5 hours a day. Check in at door is not too bad if you don't mind bending over at the screen. Asking for 2 extra pillows was like asking for the crown jewels, butt we did get them. Breakfast cappuccino had more chocolate than coffee. Every request or question asked of staff was looked upon as a onerous task.

Late check in was a bit complicated as there was no staff. You have to check in using the machine in the entrance, which didn’t work well. Our room was at the top floor and there is no lift!

The front desk was not open when we got there and the number we were given did Not work in the automated machine out front to get me into my room. We spent about 20 mins waiting on hold for a number that would get us in. Room was very small and sparse.

Great value / industrial location
Great value as it included WIFI and nice breakfast. However the area was industrial and the room was a small prefab. ONE HELPFUL SUGGESTION: Please put the name of the highway exit (LeF??? or D484) on your site. We were a KM away and drove an additional 10 KMs before turning around.

Basic lodging
This hotel is only good for a place to sleep on a road trip. The lobby is not manned until 5:00 so don't be early as we were.

Accueil exécrable ! Un monsieur vraiment pas agréable qui vous parle sur un ton horrible et de plus il ne sait pas comment faire quand il y a un problème. Si vous n’aimez pas le contact client ou si vous ne souhaitez pas être embêté il faut changer de métier, merci.

Fangen wir mit dem guten an, das war nur der Preis. Negativ war, die Duschen in den Zimmern waren so was von abgeranzt das sich meine Kinder nicht getraut haben zu duschen. Der größte Hammer war das Frühstück, bestehend aus Baguette und Croissant. Zum drauf schmieren Butter, Marmelade und Frischkäse. Das war es schon. Ein Paar Fruchtjoghurts hat es noch gegeben. Gut, das langt zum Frühstück. Das schlimme war, ich hatte schimmelige Butter bekommen. Als ich dies dem Personal mitteilte wurde die Butter ausgetauscht und sich dafür entschuldigt.

Zimmer klein wie beschrieben aber für eine Nacht ok Frühstück sehr gut Personal super nett , fand es total klasse als wir abends ankamen und es Tee und Schokobrötchen zum mitnehmen gab! Hmmm sehr lecker Sauberkeit klasse Empfehlenswert
